About Our SMS Program
Court Solutions Online provides a two-way SMS customer support channel for students enrolled in our court-approved online education courses, including DUI education, anger management, alcohol awareness, theft prevention, minor in possession, drug education, victim impact panels, and life skills courses. Our SMS program is strictly inbound-initiated — we only send text messages in direct response to inquiries initiated by students. We do not send unsolicited, promotional, or marketing messages.
Information We Collect
When you text our SMS support number, we may collect the following information:
- Your mobile phone number
- Your name and enrollment details (as related to your support inquiry)
- Records of SMS messages sent and received
- Your opt-in and opt-out status
How We Use Your Information

When you send your first text, you receive a double opt-in confirmation: “You’re now connected with our support team. We’ll reply to your inquiry shortly. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for assistance or STOP to opt out.”
Your Rights and Choices
You have the right to:
- Opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message
- Request information about the data we have collected by contacting us
- Request deletion of your SMS data by contacting us
Opt-Out
You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by texting STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from our program.
